Onivyde pegylated liposomal is indicated for metastatic pancreatic cancer previously treated with gemcitabine containing regimens, and for the first-line treatment of adult patients with metastatic adenocarcinoma of the pancreas. In one study, the median OS (MM-398 + 5-FU/LV) was 6.1 months, compared to 4.2 months for 5-FU/LV. Cabometyx is indicated for the treatment of adult patients with progressive extra-pancreatic (epNET) and pancreatic (pNET) neuroendocrine tumours after prior systemic therapy. For Cabometyx, the Worst Grade 3 or 4 AE (cabozantinib, epNET) was 89%. Xeloda is indicated for adjuvant treatment of patients with Stage III colon cancer as a single agent or as a component of a combination chemotherapy regimen, and for paediatric patients (≥3 and <18 years of age) with newly diagnosed non-disseminated brains stem cell glioma metastatic colorectal cancer. For Xeloda, the 1-year OS (ITT population) was 42%, compared to 45.6% for the historical control group.
