Skyrizi and Tremfya are both IL-23 inhibitors reviewed for the treatment of moderate-to-severe plaque psoriasis in adults who are candidates for systemic therapy or phototherapy. Skyrizi was also reviewed for active psoriatic arthritis in adults and moderate to severe plaque psoriasis in children and adolescents from the age of 6 years. Tremfya was also reviewed for active psoriatic arthritis in adult patients and moderately to severely active ulcerative colitis in adult patients, and moderate to severe plaque psoriasis in children and adolescents from the age of 6 years.
In its review, Skyrizi demonstrated a sPGA 0 or 1 response rate of 61%. Tremfya's review noted an IGA 0/1 response rate of 100.0% and statistically significant results for clinical remission (primary endpoint).
