Regulatory review documents in this library include several drugs for rheumatoid arthritis. Kevzara is indicated for moderately to severely active rheumatoid arthritis (RA) in adult patients who have responded inadequately to, or are intolerant to one or more disease-modifying anti-rheumatic drugs (DMARDs), with an ACR20 response rate of 56% reported. Rinvoq is indicated for moderate to severe active rheumatoid arthritis in adult patients who have responded inadequately to, or are intolerant to one or more disease-modifying anti-rheumatic drugs, and showed a discontinuation rate in the upadacitinib 15 mg group (M16-045) of 3 compared to 12 in the placebo group (M16-045).
Olumiant, indicated for moderate to severe active rheumatoid arthritis, demonstrated an ACR20 response rate difference versus placebo of 29.4. Jyseleca, also for moderate to severe active rheumatoid arthritis, reported an ACR20 response rate of 81.0%. Simponi Aria, for moderately to severely active Rheumatoid Arthritis in combination with methotrexate, showed an ACR 20 response of 63. It is important to note that these figures are from different trials and are not directly comparable head-to-head.
