For Cosentyx, an IGA mod 2011 score of 0 was reported as 15.3% (Novartis AG — Cosentyx EMA EPAR public assessment report, p.112). Humira is indicated for Hidradenitis Suppurativa, as well as other conditions. For Humira, the malignancy rate (excluding NMSC) in HUMIRA-treated adults was 0.7 (ABBVIE INC — Humira FDA Review, p.19), which was the same as the malignancy rate (excluding NMSC) in control-treated adults.
