What the regulatory reviews cover

This library contains regulatory review documents for drugs indicated for Crohn's disease. Humira is indicated for inducing and maintaining clinical remission in pediatric patients 6 years of age and older with moderately to severely active Crohn’s disease. In studies, the Reduction in total EAU group mean scores (both eyes combined) was 76%. Stelara is indicated for moderate to severe Crohn’s disease in adult patients (18 years or older). Clinical Response at Week 6 (Induction Study 3001) was 34.3 %.

It is important to note that these drugs were studied in different trials, and therefore the reported figures are not head-to-head comparisons. Omvoh and Cimzia are also included in this library, but their indications as stated in the review documents do not specifically mention Crohn's disease.
