The regulatory review documents in this library include several TNF inhibitors: Humira, Simponi, Cimzia, Erelzi, and Simponi Aria. Cimzia's review for plaque psoriasis reported a sPGA 0 or 1 at Week 12 (210 mg q2wk) of 79% versus 4% for placebo. Simponi Aria, for rheumatoid arthritis, showed an ACR 20 response of 63 compared to 25. It is important to note that these figures are derived from different trials for different drugs and are not directly comparable head-to-head.
