Gut-selective & IL-12/23 biologics (IBD)

ImmunologyΒ· 2 reviewed drugsΒ· 3130 cited findings behind them

What the regulatory reviews cover

The library includes two biologics reviewed by regulatory bodies for inflammatory bowel disease (IBD): Stelara and Entyvio. Stelara was reviewed for adult patients with moderately to severely active ulcerative colitis, moderate to severe plaque psoriasis, and moderate to severe Crohn’s disease. Entyvio was reviewed for adults with moderately to severely active ulcerative colitis.

Different drugs were studied in different trials, so figures are not head-to-head. For Stelara, Clinical Response at Week 6 (Induction Study 3002) was 55.5%. For Entyvio, Clinical remission at Week 52 (treatment difference vs placebo) was 32.
