AMD and SIDTAK

AMD and SID (TAK) has an oncology research focus, as evidenced by findings related to Velcade. In studies, Velcade (administered via SC arm) was associated with a 28.4% incidence of neutropenia all grades, a 35.1% incidence of peripheral sensory neuropathy all grades, and a 35.8% incidence of thrombocytopenia all grades. For grade ≥ 3 adverse events, the SC arm showed a 14.2% incidence of thrombocytopenia and a 4.7% incidence of peripheral sensory neuropathy. Myocardial infarction all grades in the SC arm was 0.7%, with no grade ≥ 3 myocardial infarction reported in this arm. Injection site reaction/induration all grades in the SC arm was 0.7%, with no grade ≥ 3 injection site reaction/induration reported in this arm. Anemia all grades in the SC arm was 37.8%, with a grade ≥ 3 incidence of 12.8%. Vomiting (all grades) in the SC group was 11.5%, with a grade 3-4 incidence of 2.03%. Insomnia (all grades) in the SC group was 12.2%. Herpes zoster (all grades) in the SC group was 11.5%, with a grade 3-4 incidence of 2.03%. Constipation (all grades) in the SC group was 14.2%, with a grade 3-4 incidence of 0.68%. Fatigue (all grades) in the SC group was 12.2%, with a grade 3-4 incidence of 2.03%. Grade ≥ 3 AEs for subjects with 1 prior line of therapy in the SC arm were 51%.
