IMCR is an oncology research site. Its drug, tebentafusp, has been studied in oncology, specifically in Study 202, a Phase III trial with 252 patients in the tebentafusp arm and 126 patients in the Investigator's Choice arm. The comparator arm components included Ipilimumab, Dacarbazine, and Pembrolizumab. In Study 202, the tebentafusp arm demonstrated an irRECIST objective response rate of 9.9% and an objective response rate of 10.3%. The median overall survival for the tebentafusp arm was 21.7 months, compared to 16.0 months for the Investigator's Choice arm. The disease control rate (CR + PR + SD ≥12 weeks) for the tebentafusp arm was 45.6%, while for the Investigator's Choice arm it was 27.0%.

Safety data from all studies for tebentafusp showed Grade ≥3 AEs in 47.6% of patients, compared to 44.5% in the Control (Investigators choice) arm. Acute skin toxicity was observed in 119 (53.1%) patients in Study 202 (Any grade) and 94 (68.6%) patients in Study 102 (Any grade). The median time to response for tebentafusp was 2.9 months, and the median duration of response was 9.9 months. For the Investigator's Choice arm, the median time to response was 4.1 months and the median duration of response was 9.7 months.
